These terms govern your use of Inteople's websites, products and services. They set out what you can expect from us and what we ask of you. Please read them — using our Services means you agree to them.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Inteople Limited ("Inteople", "we", "us"), a company based in Dhaka, Bangladesh. By accessing or using our website inteople.com or any product or service we provide (the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Services.
You must be able to form a binding contract to use the Services, and use them only in compliance with these Terms and applicable law. If you create an account, you're responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account. Tell us promptly at security@inteople.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

We may suspend access to protect the Services, our users or third parties where these rules are breached.
We offer both products we operate and custom engineering engagements. Product features may change as we improve them. For custom work, the specific scope, deliverables, timelines and ownership are defined in a separate written agreement; these Terms cover the general relationship and our public Services. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free unless a separate service-level agreement says otherwise.
The Services, including our software, designs, text, branding and the Inteople name and logo, are owned by Inteople or our licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Services as intended. Nothing here transfers ownership of our IP to you.
For custom engagements, ownership of deliverables is set by the relevant signed agreement — we routinely transfer ownership of bespoke code and assets to clients on the terms agreed there.
You retain ownership of the Content you submit. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process and display that Content solely to provide the Services to you. You're responsible for having the rights to the Content you submit and for ensuring it doesn't break the law or these Terms.
How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your data, and we do not use Content you enter into a product to train third-party AI models.
Our Services may link to or integrate with third-party services we don't control. We're not responsible for their content, practices or availability, and your use of them is governed by their own terms.
Where a Service or engagement is paid, the fees, billing cycle and payment terms are set out at purchase or in your agreement with us. Unless stated otherwise, fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, and amounts paid are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly agreed.
Except where a separate signed agreement provides otherwise, the Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Inteople will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue or data, arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim (or, where the Service is free, a nominal amount). Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
You agree to indemnify and hold Inteople harmless from claims, damages and reasonable costs arising from your misuse of the Services, your Content, or your breach of these Terms or applicable law.
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the Services or other users. On termination, the rights granted to you end, while provisions that by their nature should survive — such as IP, disclaimers, liability limits and governing law — continue. Where applicable, we'll give you a reasonable opportunity to export your data.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, and the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh have jurisdiction over any dispute — unless a separate signed agreement specifies a different governing law or dispute-resolution process for that engagement. We'd always rather resolve concerns directly first, so please contact us before pursuing formal proceedings.
We may update these Terms as our Services and the law evolve. When changes are material, we'll update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continuing to use the Services after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
