Workflow-first research

We mapped how schools, teachers and parents actually work — and the connectivity and device realities of the region — before designing a single screen.

PHASE 02 · Core platform

Multi-tenant foundation

We built tenant isolation and role-based access first, so a single school and a multi-branch group share one secure, scalable system.

PHASE 03 · Apps

Mobile-first, bilingual

Student, parent and teacher experiences were built mobile-first for entry-level devices, with Bangla + English throughout.

PHASE 04 · AI assist

Teacher-facing intelligence

We added an LLM assistant for planning, materials and feedback, scoped to support teachers and keep them in control.

PHASE 05 · Rollout

Onboarding & iteration

We refined onboarding so non-technical staff can adopt it quickly, and continue iterating from real classroom use.
